ZAIN KASSAM

Zain is thrilled to be working on The Comedy of Errors this summer for The Humber River Shakespeare Company.  In 2009 he graduated from the University of Windsor with a BFA in Acting.  Shortly after graduating he took part in a fun children’s theatre show in Toronto before taking that show to the Prairies.  He spent four and a half months in Winnipeg with this show before heading to Regina for four months to take part in The Globe Theatre’s Conservatory Programme.  He stayed there to do a show for The Globe before making his return to Ontario.  He is so happy to now be doing a show back at home.  I hope you enjoy it.  Selected credits: Metamorphoses(Globe Theatre); Beneath the Banyan Tree(Theatre Direct/MTYP); King Lear, Orestes(Globe Theatre Conservatory); Goodnight Desdemona(Goodmorning Juliet), Don Juan on Trial, An Ideal Husband, Jitters, Rumors(University Players); Richard III, The Winter’s Tale, Uncle Vanya, Three Sisters(University of Windsor).
